Return & Refund Policy

At TuaFoods, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of food products, we follow a strict but fair Return & Refund Policy as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

Since we deal in food products, returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered, opened, or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, a return or replacement may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is expired
  • The wrong product was delivered

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with:

  • Order details
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests made after 24 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.

Refund Policy

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • A refund or replacement will be initiated at our discretion.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.
  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Delayed delivery caused by external factors

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
